Sutton Page Ltd is a registered external provider of Admin Services for the PRIMIS Mortgage Network . As a result we can normally be added as external Admin to your ‘Toolbox’ system within as little 3 working days. All Personnel have completed PRIMIS Testing and our Directors have attended Admin Excellence Training.
My Story
Having been in the industry as long as I have, and having spoken to as many advisers as I have, one thing became abundantly clear, the majority of advisers don’t enjoy the admin/compliance responsibilities that go with the job. It can be time consuming and takes advisers away from doing what they really enjoy, talking to customers and providing a first class advice service. It was with this in mind that I launched Sutton Page Ltd with the view to providing a remote support service which would free up advisers time to be able to see more customers and grow their business.
Additionally, I wanted to be able to assist advisers with the knowledge and experience I have obtained over the many years I have worked for various Networks. I understand what is required to produce a quality Recommendation Letter. I can act as your sole source of admin support and deal with all your cases. Alternatively, you might want me to act as a back-up to your existing Admin arrangements during those times when due to workload, staff sickness, holidays etc. your existing arrangements can’t cope.

Tim Sutton
Director
Prior to founding Sutton Page Ltd I was an Area Supervision Manager with the PRIMIS Mortgage Network. Previously, I held Compliance Manager & T & C Officer roles with various other Networks. I also ran my own Compliance Consultancy Firm specialising in Business Reviews & Complaint Investigations, working with the major High Street Banks. My qualifications include: Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, Advanced CeMap and I am Equity Release qualified.
